Jennifer L. Armentrout does Twitter Fiction + Giveaway!

One of our favorite authors, Jennifer L. Armentrout, took part of this year’s Twitter Fiction Festival (http://twitterfictionfestival.com/). With her, she brought a short story called “The Proposal” featuring one of our favorite couples… And it was tweeted 140 characters at a time. I almost missed out on reading The Proposal! Ironically, I caught the tail end of it and read the story on my iPhone sitting in the dressing room while my mother tried on dresses for my brother’s upcoming WEDDING. So, I think me reading this story in the middle of wedding stuff was appropriate. Ha! Review: Liar, Liar Hearts on Fire by Jennifer Zane

When I started reading this book and saw that the mc, Violet, lives in Bozeman, Montana, I instantly thought of the episode of The Big Bang Theory where Sheldon relocates to Bozeman after having their apartment broken in to. I wondered if maybe the author saw this episode and decided to use it as her backdrop for her gnome series? This book has all kinds of things going on in it. From naked neighbors trying to climb in to any where (or on him?) Mike might be, to a mother doing every thing she can to get her son married and some grandbabies out of him. Violet Miller is a school teacher, who secretly (or maybe no-so-secretly) wants to write word porn (aka erotic romance novels) for a living. She’s afraid of what people will think if she does that, so instead of writing, she took on teaching. Magan Vernon is one of my favorite authors. Whether she writes about hot aliens named Ace or she’s writing about a hot frat boy in a loin cloth, I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve read by her.. Erin’s Review: Hello Ladies! There’s a new alien in town and he’s here to collect all of our hearts! Yes, Yes it is. His name is Trey Allairis and it didn’t take long for him to have me swooning all over the place! While he’s not actually referred to as an Alien, He does mention being from another world and to get to said world they have to travel through a worm hole. The characters in this book were amazing and the world that Amy built for us..was a lot like ours, but yet so very different.
