My Swatches of the Twilight x Colourpop collection

Here are my swatches of the Twilight x Colourpop Collection! I wasn’t sure if I was going to get this collection in PR. I don’t think I was gonna get it, however when Colourpop started dropping hints I asked my PR contact if they would send it to me. I may have begged a little, as well. Haha, she is pretty awesome and she did send it over! <3 First off, here are some photos of the products themselves…. Here are my swatches of the entire collection. Well, I don’t have images of the “Like Diamonds” Sol Body dry shimmering oil, but I do show how that looks on the skin in a instagram reel / tik tok video I posted. Click images to enlarge. The Eyeshadow Palette My thoughts on the collection: I know a lot of people were unhappy about the color story, thinking that maybe this collection would be inspired by the entire Twilight Saga. However, it’s very obvious from the color story that they only focused on the FIRST Twilight film for this collection. I would not put it past Colourpop to expand on the Twilight Collection and release collections inspired by the rest of the films in the future. The Palette – The eyeshadow palette swatched very nicely for me. There were no patchy shades and nothing hard panned for me. Update: Twilight x Colourpop products and price information

Twilight x Colourpop Colourpop Cosmetics is releasing a collection in collaboration with Lion’s Gate Films for the Twilight movie. Last week Colourpop started hinting at their upcoming collection. They kept dropping hints all throughout the weekend and on Sunday night they finally announced that a Twilight collection was coming and that it was releasing on 1/11/24 on Colourpop.com at what I assume is their normal launch time of 10AM PST / 1PM EST. The Twilight x Colourpop collection will also launch on ULTA.com on 1/14/24 at what I am assuming to be 12AM CST / 1AM EST. All photos came from the Colourpop Instagram page. The Lip Oil images were tagged with @leslieslens_ and @beautibean. Twilight x Colourpop Launches 1/11/24 at 10AM PST on Colourpop.com

Twilight x Colourpop Colourpop Cosmetics is releasing a collection in collaboration with Lion’s Gate Films for the Twilight movie. Last week Colourpop started hinting at their upcoming collection. Immediately people started guessing Twilight just by the one image they posted first, which was a photo of a blood red liquid lip product dripping with a very Twilightesque background and a drop of blood in the caption. The next day the showed a video of what I am assuming is a Sol Body shimmering dry oil, with the caption, “It’s like diamonds..” If you’re a Twilight fan this instantly confirmed an impending Twilight collection. “It’s like Diamonds.. you’re beautiful.” – Bella Swan “Beautiful? This is the skin of a killer, Bella.” – Edward Cullen A couple of days ago the Instagram MUA, @denneserodriguez, posted a reel where you can see that she is using a TWILIGHT palette and at closer glance you can see ‘COLOURPOP’ on the palette as well. Tonight, Sunday, January 7th, Colourpop posted a reel annoucing that Twilight x Colourpop will launch on January 11th, 2024. I am assuming it will launch at their normal launch time of 10am PST on Colourpop.com. It will also launch on the ULTA.COM website on 1/14/24 as well.
