Great balls of Pizza!

I used this recipe that I found on Pinterest the other night and made PIZZA BALLS. They were amazing! I did alter the recipe a bit, prescription because who puts Co-Jack cheese on a pizza? NOT ME. Mozzarella is where it’s at. 🙂 I also used Pillsbury Grands biscuits as well. Next time I make these I’m going to try it with actual pizza dough and see how they turn out. But the Pillsbury biscuits were good and EASY!

  1. 1 can of Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
  2. 40 pepperoni slices (4-5 per biscuit)
  3. Block of Cheese (I used Mozzarella)
  4. 1 Beaten Egg
  5. Parmesan Cheese
  6. Garlic Powder
  7. 1 Jar of Pizza Sauce (I used the kind that comes in a squeeze bottle!)

  2. Cut cheese into chunks (The smaller, the better)
  3. Flatten each biscuit out
  4. Spread pizza sauce onto flattened biscuit
  5. Put down slices of pepperoni
  6. Put Chunks of Cheese on top of Pepperoni
  7. Gather edges of biscuit and secure on top of the roll
  8. LIne rolls in greased 9x13 pan
  9. Brush with beaten egg
  10. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese, Italian Seasononing and Garlic Powder
  11. Bake at 425 degrees F. for 18-20 minutes. (Though to be honest it took less time than that, so keep an eye on your pizza balls while they're cooking!)
  12. Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping
